FaceProcedures
Facial surgery is priced by the technique used and the amount of work involved, not by the name of the procedure. Two people asking for a facelift can need very different operations.
Facelift & facial rejuvenation
Every facelift technique shares one starting fee. Where you land above it depends on the depth of the lift and how much work the neck needs.

What your surgical fee covers
Every price on this page is a starting cost and excludes HST. Your written quote at consultation is all-in, so you will not find a separate line item you were not told about.
Included in your quote
- Your surgeon's professional fee
- Anaesthesia and the anaesthetist's fee
- Accredited operating facility fee
- Pre-operative planning and preparation
- Post-operative visits and follow-up care
- Surgical garments and dressings where required
What moves the price
- Which technique your anatomy calls for
- How long you are in the operating room
- Whether procedures are combined in one session
- Implant type, size and brand where relevant
- Whether a two-surgeon approach is used
- Revision work and existing scar tissue
Revision surgery. Revision does not cover changes to your result caused by later weight loss or weight gain. If further surgery is needed for those reasons it is treated as a new procedure, and a new fee applies.
Consultation fees
A consultation fee applies and varies by procedure and surgeon. Our team confirms the current fee when you book, so there is no surprise on the day.
Financing
We work with Medicard Finance Inc. and Beautifi, so surgery can be paid monthly rather than up front. Approval is handled directly with the provider.
OHIP & insurance
Breast reconstruction after mastectomy is an insured service in Ontario. If any part of your care may be covered, we confirm it before you commit to anything.
Treatments we don't offer
We are a surgical practice. Non-surgical fat reduction and skin tightening devices are not part of what we do, and we would rather say so here than have you book a consultation to find out.
- CoolSculpting
- Exilis
- BodyFX
- SmartLipo
Frequently Asked Questions
Are the prices on this page final?
No. They are the ranges our procedures fall within, listed before HST. Your final fee is confirmed in writing after your surgeon has examined you and agreed a surgical plan with you.
Is HST charged on plastic surgery?
HST applies to cosmetic procedures and is added to the figures shown here. Medically necessary surgery is treated differently. Your written quote sets out the tax clearly.
Why every price is a starting cost
A single fixed number would be easier to read and less honest. Two people booking the same operation can need very different amounts of surgery, and the fee follows the work rather than the label on the procedure. The figures here are where each procedure starts; your own quote may sit above them.
Dr. Mark McRae and Dr. Matthew McRae assess you in person before quoting anything. That visit covers your goals, your medical history and your anatomy, and it ends with a written quote that itemises every cost. If a procedure is not right for you, we will say so rather than sell you something.
Combining procedures in one operation shares anaesthesia and facility time, and a multi-procedure discount may apply. It is not automatic, since some combinations need you repositioned partway through, and we will tell you at consultation whether yours qualifies.
Is it cheaper to combine procedures?
Often, yes. Anaesthesia and facility time are shared across one operation instead of two, and a multi-procedure discount may apply. It is not automatic, because some combinations need you repositioned partway through. Whether combining is safe for you also depends on your health and total operating time.
Will OHIP cover any of this?
Breast reconstruction after mastectomy is an insured service in Ontario and requires a referral. For anything else, we check eligibility and tell you where you stand before you commit to anything.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, through Medicard Finance Inc. and Beautifi. Both allow surgery to be paid monthly. Applications are handled directly with the provider, and our team can point you to the right one.
What does liposuction cost for more than one area?
The first area carries the full fee because it includes anaesthesia and facility time. A multi-procedure discount may apply to additional areas treated in the same operation, depending on how many are added and whether you need repositioning during surgery.
Is a deposit required to book surgery?
Yes. A deposit secures your surgical date, and the balance is due before surgery. Our team explains the schedule and the cancellation policy when you book.
