  • The goal is a natural-looking ear with no visible scar.
  • Incisions made in the ear’s crease; cartilage rearranged, remodeled, and removed as needed.

Ear Reduction:

  • Incisions are hidden in the ear’s anterior crease.
  • A bulky dressing worn post-surgery; headband recommended at nighttime for 1 month.

Ear Lobe Repair:

  • The outpatient procedure typically lasts under an hour.
  • Local anesthesia is used; torn lobes are restored, stretched lobes have tissues rearranged and excess tissue removed.
  • Dissolvable sutures close the incisions.
